Brian Frydenlund brings an interesting mix of business and financial talent to a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. In short, he enjoys working both sides of his brain. Brian started his career as a staff auditor with the international accounting firm Arthur Young & Co. During his ten years with the firm he was promoted to Principal and helped launch Educational Services, a new business unit that provided financial, tax, management and consulting training to clients such as AT&T, IBM and many other corporate and government entities. 

In 1992, Brian was one of four entrepreneurs that founded the TeamGroup. Today, that company is a diverse media services company specializing in high-end audio and video production and post production, corporate communications and event planning, media staffing solutions, and engineering, communications and management consulting. The TeamGroup is comprised of three operating entities: TeamCreations, TeamPeople and TeamSolutions. 

Brian’s financial and business expertise has helped the TeamGroup gain a reputation for successfully developing creative and effective solutions that meet its customer’s needs. In today’s highly competitive, ever changing business environment, Brian enjoys using his unique blend of skills to help customers define and accomplish their strategic goals.


Larry Tyler has been involved in all aspects of the broadcast engineering field since he first joined CBS in 1975. Larry’s superior design and installation expertise is an invaluable resource for media managers planning workflow solutions and technological and equipment upgrades. Larry and his associates have designed and installed broadcast, audio and video technical facilities for diverse clients including Professional Video Services, BBC, NHK, Australian Broadcasting, ORF (Danish Broadcasting), the European Broadcast Union, Diversified Communications Inc., Reuters Television, MCI, Bloomberg Financial News, Channel One and numerous corporate/government clients including The World Bank, BMW and McKinsey & Company.

Larry’s approach to designing a technical facility starts by understanding the client’s needs and matching the right equipment and design features to support those needs. A typical Tyler solution is thoughfully designed, flawlessly built, and it works.


Larry D'Anna has wound his way from network television to IT networks. Beginning at CBS, Larry participated in many technical construction and upgrade projects and covered national news events. With this experience, Larry furthered his career by partnering in the formation of Professional Video Services Corporation (PVS), an organization serving the international broadcast community. Not content to start one successful company, Larry, and his colleague Larry Tyler launched LTD & Associates to provide technical support to a roster of international clients. Together, they worked on many noteworthy projects including rebuilding the state-owned television system of Kuwait, the election of Nelson Mandela in South Africa, the World Cup in Dallas, and the Atlanta Olympics. 

Throughout his career, a personal interest in the complex world of computers and IT kept Larry’s knowledge and experience apace with developments in this important area of digital media. Today, we’ve arrived at a perfect intersection for Larry’s knowledge of traditional media production requirements and the capabilities of IT-based technology.  

Since joining TEAM in the company’s early stages, Larry has designed, implemented, and updated the digital media capabilities of clients including BMW, The World Bank, CNN Network, International Monetary Fund, Reuters Television, PBS, British Broadcasting Corporation, Argentinean Television, and many others. 


Chris Edwards is un-paralleled in his understanding of media production and workflow. Chris began his career working in the London post production industry before moving to the U.S. in 1999 and joining TeamCreations as a senior editor. There, he has worked with many broadcast clients including Discovery, TLC, National Geographic and PBS on long and short-form projects. His skills and interests have led him to his work with TeamSolutions designing post production workflows and the systems to support them. Chris’ work embraces new technology while cost effectively addressing the technical and operational requirements of our clients.


Emil Gallina is a versatile and seasoned professional with a thirty-year career spanning broadcasting, public relations, and association work. For TeamSolutions, he specializes in helping clients maximize the effectiveness of their communications through strategic planning, message development, and creative supervision of results-oriented programs and events. 

Emil has assisted a diverse group of clients including Boeing, BMW, Pitney Bowes, NASA, Lucent, and National Geographic Society. 


Megan Lewis specializes in partnering with clients to assess and recommend solutions that best meet their operational and financial needs. She brings a well-organized and friendly approach to project management. Overseeing all service areas of TeamSolutions, she is responsible for ensuring her dedicated team of consultants delivers an exceptional client experience and end result. Megan has previously worked in the consulting industry and her decade of Human Resources management experience helps her easily connect with people and respond to the varied needs of TeamSolutions’ clients.


Ernie Crow joined the TeamGroup in 1994 bringing his long experience in broadcast television and creative services departments with him. After building a successful presence for TeamCreations in advertising, marketing, promotions and design with national cable networks and agencies, he moved on to managing all the creative service areas of the company. In recent years, he has worked with broadcast, corporate, association and advocacy clients on customized solutions to their media production needs, increasingly focused on harnessing emerging technologies and new media capabilities to their benefit.
